Delivery & Returns
As coffee is a perishable product and ours is roasted to order, we are unable to accept returns on coffee. However, if you have encountered an issue or are not satisfied with your order, contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase and we will be in touch to help.
If there was an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with your merchandise please let us know within 28 days. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to do this.
Once we have received your email, we will contact you to arrange the delivery of a replacement item, a refund and/or organise its collection.
Returned items must be in saleable condition in order to qualify for a refund or like-for-like exchange. They should be returned to us unused and in their original packaging.
Our coffee is delivered next day within the UK by the Royal Mail – please note delivery charges & ETA:

Our merchandise is sent via Hermes’ standard delivery service – who deliver your parcel in 2 to 4 days, including weekends.
